SITE CIVIL ENGINEER/PROJECT MANAGER

We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with humility to learn and a desire to lead and manage a team. The successful candidate will quickly take on project and client management, technical staff mentoring, and professional development.

Job requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Professional Registration
  • 5+ years of experience with design and plan preparation
  • Project management experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Word, Excel, digital file management, software-based project management, and other computer-based tools
  • Positive and friendly attitude

Preferred attributes include but are not limited to:

  • Desire for advancement and humility to learn leadership principles
  • Public presentation experience
  • Construction administration and inspection field experience

STAFF OR PROJECT SURVEYOR

Main-Land Development Consultants, Inc. is looking for a staff or project land surveyor who is ready to seize the opportunity for professional growth! Main-Land Development Consultants, Inc. of Livermore Falls and Falmouth, a Maine Best Places to Work, is seeking a Staff or Project level Surveyor. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual ready to learn with a desire to lead and/or manage all variety of land surveying projects. Depending on experience, responsibilities include working as part of a one or two person field crew, project planning, deed research, calculations, and drafting tasks.

Job requirements depending on position may include but are not limited to:

  • Maine Licensed Surveyor in Training or Maine Professional Land Surveyor Registration
  • 0-5+ years of progressive land survey experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Survey Engineering Technology or similar or a combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Word, Excel, digital file management, software-based project management, GPS processing and other survey software
  • Experience with survey field procedures and survey equipment such as robotic total stations, data collector software, RTK/Static GPS & auto levels
  • Working knowledge of deed research procedures
  • Positive and friendly attitude

  • Project management experience
