Description:  Main-Land completed a topographic site survey of a portion of the Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice Facility, approximately 1 acre, located on Stetson Road in Auburn. The project involved completing vertical and horizontal location to provide 1 foot contour mapping and the location of site features, such as edges of pavement, buildings, curbing, retaining walls, utilities, and fences. This data was compiled into an existing conditions survey plan, which was forwarded to Harriman, to be used as a “base map” for planning and design purposes.

This data was compiled into an existing conditions survey plan, which was forwarded to TD Architect, for use as a “base map” for planning and design purposes.

Description:  Main-Land completed a topographic site survey and standard boundary survey of the Oxford County courthouse and holding facility, approximately 6 acres, located on Western Avenue in Paris. The project involved completing deed research and field work to determine the record boundary lines of the property, vertical and horizontal location to provide 1-foot contour mapping and the location of site features, such as edges of pavement, curbing, retaining walls, utilities, and fences. This data was compiled into an existing conditions survey plan, which was forwarded to SRL Architects to be used as a “base map” for planning and design.
